QC TEAM

We have an experienced and responsible QC team, ensuring real-time quality control with an integrated ERP system. Our team conducts thorough inspections at every production stage:

01 Pre-Production Quality Control

Prior to mass production, we conduct pre-production evaluations. This involves assessing pre-production samples to identify any potential issues. We examine material quality, accuracy of craftsmanship, and consistency of dimensions to ensure samples align with design specifications and customer expectations.

02 In-Process Quality Control

Our on-site QC team closely monitors each production stage. They perform sampling inspections of raw materials to ensure compliance with quality standards. Additionally, they conduct process checks during production, including sole manufacturing, upper construction, and assembly. Their inspections focus on verifying adherence to production standards, accurate dimensions, and structural integrity.

03 Post-Production Quality Control

Our QC manager oversees post-production sampling inspections. Random samples are selected from production batches for comprehensive evaluation. This includes physical tests, such as abrasion resistance of soles and tear strength of uppers, as well as visual inspections of stitching uniformity and durability of decorations. Size measurements are also conducted to ensure accurate dimensions.
